Fabolous is a Lucky Son of a Bitch: Dodges Jail Time

Fabolous is dodging a major bullet.

The Brooklyn bred rapper is reportedly getting off the hook when it comes to doing any jail time, as a result of his domestic violence case. Back in October 2018, there were reports from TMZ that Fabolous and his children’s mother, Emily B, was in a really bad physical altercation. The altercation left Emily B without two front teeth– which she was fortunate enough to replace at a later date.

However, Fabolous is escaping his 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon, with a slap on the wrist. According to the media publication, Bergen County, NJ Court will only be required for Fab to complete a pretrial intervention program. His attorney, Brian Neary, says that the courts took it easy on Fab, because he’s a first time offender. If he weren’t, then things could have been a lot worse.

Apparently, the “You Be Killin Em” rapper was facing up to 20 years behind bars. Fabolous was able to dodge 4 felony charges in connection to Emily B.
