Good news, J. Cole fans – the North Carolina rapper has been all over the place lately – dropping surprise album and sharing some exciting news about the release of the most awaited project of his career – “The Fall Off.”
At the end of April, J. Cole surprised everyone dropping a new project – “Might Delete Later,” which includes 12 songs. The mixtape’s tracks feature artists like Ari Lennox, Gucci Mane, and Cam’ron – their most excited tracks have names such as “Pricey,” “Crocodile Tearz” or “Ready ’24”.
Already in the 2024 year, J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar had a little lyrical battle. Everything started with the verse of Kendrick on the hit single “Like That,” where he said that he was on top of the rap game . J. Cole answered on the diss track “7 Minute Drill.” But, then, on the Dreamville Festival Cole said sorry for that track and told that it was a mistake and even promised to delete the track from all streaming services .
This whole Lamar thing is behind him, and J. Cole has the fans excited about the next project. After all, this has been a highly anticipated album; some people even say that it has been in the works for years. However, fortunately, J. Cole himself announced that the work on the album is nearly done during a recent tour stop with Drake.
Though nobody is sure about the official release date of The Fall Off , this does not seem to stop the excitement. With a surprise album released in 2024, and the Falling on the way, J. Cole is definitely getting everything ready for it to be a hot summer.
