HBO Max Releases Sneak Peek Scene with Bruce Wayne
HBO Max has been hyping the show up a lot more than DC Universe did as it will be the first time it premieres completely on the HBO max streaming service. Thus, the show will now be seen by a much larger audience. Anyway, to get everyone super excited for tomorrow’s premiere, HBO release this clip of Jason Todd talking to Bruce wayne. Of course they are discussing the clown prince himself, Joker.
Jason Todd: Clip
“I’ve got the Joker dead to rights, man.”
“I’ve tracked him and triangulated his location. He’s at the old amusement park at the Pier. He’s right F****** there, Bruce.”
Bruce warns Todd not to approach the Joker because he is dangerous but Todd claims he’s not scared anymore. “Stand down, Jason.”
“Bruce, I got this. I can do this. This is the Joker, Bruce.”
“All the more reason you’re not going alone.”
“I’m not afraid of him.”
It’s safe to say that is a lie as he flashes back. Jason is still struggling with the events of last season. Deathstroke tortured him and hung him off a building to fall to his death. Luckily, Connor saved him but the memories stayed with Todd including how he was treated by the others. Jason Todd grabs a respirator filled with some yellow liquid in it. It appears to be fear toxin but that’s more speculation at this point. Another guess is that it is a synthesized cure for the fear toxin.
Bruce urges, “It’s not about whether you are afraid or not.”
Todd ple, “When are we going to get another chance to nail him like this?”
“No.”
“Okay, I got it. Loud and clear, boss.”
The scene ends with a flashing target on the bat computer in which Joker’s location is flashing back at Jason Todd. And we just know…Todd will be impulsive yet again.
