The power couple will now be able to unwind with their 11-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, and twins, Sir and Rumi. They can now take in the seaside views of Malibu’s Paradise Cove.

The stunning beachside retreat will also be a refuge from Beyonce’s world tour. The legendary singer will be tearing through stadiums around the globe.

The swanky new pad is just one of the family’s many homes. The Carters have a collection of luxury properties scattered across the country.
Architectural Digest reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z own a TriBeCa loft in Manhattan (where they married) and a Bel Air mansion that they bought for $88 million in 2017, on top of a private beachfront summer estate in Bridgehampton.
The power couple isn’t done with their impressive property portfolio. They’re reportedly in the market for a $20 million mansion in the Hamptons this year.
As for their latest purchase, the opulent home will reportedly serve as the family’s primary residence in Los Angeles, though the star and her hubby have a second home in Bel Air, where they live with the twins and Ivy.

The bidet is currently priced at $2,400

If you’re interested in getting your hands on some of the Carters’ home goods, Eric from “Eric’s Architectural Salvage LA” tells TMZ that a handful of unique pieces from the former pad are currently up for sale on eBay.

Items include a bidet, French doors, and sconces from the swanky pad, which was reportedly a rental property for a short time. Eric says the items were scrapped from the home once the couple moved out in 2015, and they eventually landed in his possession in 2017.

He tells TMZ that his company often procures items that demolition companies and developers want to eliminate.

The items are up for sale now, with the bidet for $2,400 and the French doors priced at $3,200. In other Beyonce and Jay-Z news, the two recently launched their limited edition Tidal streaming service.

The exclusive partnership features more than 100 artists and a collection of more than 400 exclusive videos. Plus, they’ve also collaborated on a line of Tidal-branded merchandise and a line of exclusive sneakers.
