Josh Brolin’s Cable return isnt going to happen! You remember that awesome time-traveling soldier Cable from “Deadpool 2”? Well, buckle up, because it was announced that Josh Brolin won’t be portraying the character in the upcoming “Deadpool & Wolverine” movie.

Wait, what? Yes, we couldn’t believe it ourselves. Even IMDB listed him as part of the cast. But Brolin himself confirmed it.

He stated, “I will never know where that went or what that is or what I’m involved with or what I’m not involved with —the MCU being involved now. Cable was a lot of fun”

Seems the complex world of the MCU is as confusing for the actors as it is for us!

I love kicking butt as Cable, and I was excited to get a second crack at tag teaming with Hugh, but it got a little bit… timey-wimey. The MCU has always been a tangled web, and my future as Cable remains a time-twisting enigma, even to me, Josh also said.

Let’s not focus on the downside for now. The fans loved this performance, and I’m a huge one as well. I cannot wait to see what Deadpool and Wolverine are going to get up to. With Jackman returning, it’s going to be case closed!
