Justin Bieber Shocks Everyone at Rolling Loud

Justin Bieber appeared surprised at Rolling Loud in California this weekend, just days after canceling his remaining Justice World Tour dates. The 29-year-old was performing with friend Don Toliver, who brought on a range of surprise guests, including James Blake and Kali Uchis.

The Cactus Jack signee joined the singer on stage to perform a new track, Private Landing, which was released last month. The performance comes just a week after the pop star scrapped the rest of his Justice World Tour dates and announced that he’d be taking some time off to focus on his health.

He’s been battling health issues recently, including Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which paralyzed parts of his face. The ‘Peaches’ singer has also been diagnosed with Covid, which causes skin lesions around the eyes and mouth.

While it’s understandable that Bieber wants to take care of himself first, this is still a huge blow to his fans looking forward to hearing his songs live for the first time.

Earlier this year, the “Purpose” singer said he wanted to give himself time to heal following a performance in Brazil and that his health was an important priority. The singer’s tour was originally set to begin in 2020, but was pushed back a few times before finally starting in February 2022.

The pop star has now postponed the remaining dates on his Justice World Tour until 2023, reportedly putting the final 80 shows on hold as he battles with various issues. One of them is his diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, an illness that causes facial paralysis and Covid. The singer’s official website and ticketing sites have updated their pages to reflect the cancellations, though no reason has yet been officially announced.
