The tv actress didn’t just choose any musician’s song, though. She wants to make it onto the remix of the remix of Ariana Grande’s hit single “34+35.” Honestly, who wouldn’t want to be a part of that music video?
Kerry Washington Wants A Feature On “34+35” Remix
There’s no better way to celebrate our biggest song than when a huge actress or actor slips into our DM’s asking for a feature. In Kerry Washington’s case, the Scandal actress took the more ‘buzz-worthy’ approach.
The tv actress recently took to Twitter to request that Grande grant her a feature on the second remix of “34+35.” “Hey @ArianaGrande @theestallion @DojaCat if there’s a 34+35 remix to the remix…I’m accessible! Simply needed to throw that on the market,” the star tweeted. Washington also posted a photo taken from the music video, with a cut out of herself raising a toast. The tv actress gave “34+35” her seal of approval.
The Positions singer, as well as Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion freaked out over Washington’s tweet. The trio responded back to Washington’s tweet with a series of emojis and exaggerated “Omg’s.” Honestly, with all the remixes going on, we wouldn’t be surprised if Grande actually took Washington up on her offer. Just look at the several times singer Dua Lipa remixed her song “Levitating.”

Kerry Washington’s tweet left Ariana Grande starstruck. Though, that’s not the only good news the “Just Like Magic” singer received. On January 30th, Billboard announced that Grande’s “34+35” remix from her Positions album reached No. 2 on the Hot 100 chart. The hit song became one of the highest-rating tracks by a trio of women soloists in nearly 20 years. Ariana, Megan and Doja deserve the big win. They’ll for sure kill it at the Grammys.
