The Kim Kardashian house where she and Kanye West have raised their four children, North, Chicago, Psalm, and Saint, is not for sale. In fact, it is officially owned solely by The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star. The founder of SKIMS announcement came from an E! News source on Friday, Oct. 15, that she was awarded the Hidden Hills estate.
Several months passed since the rapper and media personality have filed for divorce. The two have maintained a good relationship with one another. However, their divorce is still on. And some may say the reality star scored a win.
’23 Million’ Dollars
Kardashian is paying her soon-to-be ex-husband $23 million for the home. The real estate that is relatively close to her family in Calabasas, CA. The cost break down is $20 million for the property and $3 million for the contents inside the Kim Kardashian house. The couple had purchased the house back in 2014 and worked with different architects to create a space and bring it to life, and that showed the two ideally in their unique ways.
The SKIMS founder is set to have all things kept in the home, from collectibles to furniture. Early this year, she opened up about her and the Chicago rappers’ decisions behind styling their home. They recently interviewed with Architecture Digest, and slowly the world fell in love with the homeowners’ designs.
What Now?
In the home they built together, soon-to-be-divorced West and Kardashian are now going their own separate ways. As much as the world may never know what the future holds, sources say Kim and Kanye are in a “good place.”
