Martha Stewart rocked the SI swimsuit cover at 81! She proved that there is no age limit when it comes to modeling. The lifestyle guru made history as the oldest swimsuit model ever after gracing the 2023 issue. Stewart was joined by Megan Fox, Kim Petras and Brooks Nader.
The Oldest SI Swimsuit Model Ever
The iconic lifestyle maven wore a plunging white Monday Swimwear suit with a super low-cut V-neckline that showed off ample cleavage in the shot. Hailing from Massachusetts, she complemented her suit with a vibrant yellow puffy jacket elegantly resting on her shoulders. Her shoulder-length blonde hair cascaded in voluminous waves, completing the striking look. Stewart says she was inspired to join the swimsuit issue because of other older models like Kathy Ireland and Elle Macpherson. She hopes her presence in the issue will inspire women of all ages to feel more comfortable with their bodies.

This year, the magazine is continuing to make strides towards inclusion and diversity. The issue will feature a diverse group of cover models. Including the first-ever black cover star, Danielle Herrington. Also including two transgender models, Kaitlyn Dever and Jillian Hervey. In addition, the issue will feature the first-ever plus-size model, Marquita Pring.
MJ Day, the editor-in-chief of the publication, shared a shot from the shoot on Instagram.
In the shot, Pring poses with her arms extended to the sides and her head tilted back, showing off her stunning tattoos. The Albany, New York native has been modeling since age 15 and signed with the IMG curvy model division in 2010. She walked for Jean Paul Gaultier, posed for Vogue Italia, and appeared in L’Oreal campaigns.
