Selena Gomez Sings About Hating Justin Bieber In New Song

Selena Gomez is finally done with Justin Bieber!

Selena Gomez released her new song “Lose You to Love Me,” and it seems to be about her past relationship with Justin Bieber, who is now married to Hailey Baldwin. The song reflects her journey towards self-confidence and self-love after their breakup. Selena also dropped another song, “Look At Her Now,” highlighting her growth since the end of her relationship with Justin.

After the release of “Lose You to Love Me,” there were speculations about Hailey Baldwin throwing shade at Selena, but she denied it later. Selena addressed her fans on Instagram Live, urging them to be supportive and not tear other women down.

The “Wolves” singer also appears to reference how quickly Bieber moved on with Baldwin after he and Gomez ended their relationship in March 2018. (Bieber was engaged to Baldwin by July 2018).

“In two months, you replaced us / Like it was easy…”

“…Made me think I deserved it / In the thick of healing, yeah,” she sings.

Justin Bieber hasn’t publicly addressed the song. Though, Baldwin took a screenshot of Summer Walker’s song “I’ll Kill You.”

She then posted it to her Instagram story shortly after Gomez released the track.

    [Update]

Selena Gomez drops a new song called “Look At Her Now!” It seems to tell the story of her growth since ending her relationship with Justin Bieber

“It was her first real lover / His too ’til he had another / Oh God when she found out / Trust levels went way down,” Gomez sings.

Gomez makes it clear that she’s relieved she’s moved on from Justin.

Following the release of “Lose You to Love Me,” fans felt Bieber’s wife, Hailey Baldwin, threw shade at Selena Gomez.

She posted the song “I’ll Kill You” on her Instagram story. Baldwin later denied it was a jab at her husband’s ex.

Gomez eventually took to her Instagram Live to address her fans about being supportive of the”other women.”

“I am grateful for the response that the song is getting. I am so grateful. However, I do not stand for women tearing women down,” Gomez shared. “I will never, ever be by that. So please be kind to everyone.”
