Aubrey Is Relentless When It Comes To The Money

Aubrey aka Drake is known as a ladies man, great friend, and overall good person. However, when it comes to his money, he’s not playing any games.

The Young Money artist is currently dealing with some legal issues over an unauthorized sample over his track “Pound Cake/ Paris Morton Music 2” from his album Nothing Was The Same. A company named “Hebrew Hustle” along with the estate of late jazz musician Jim Smith are looking to get compensated.

Aubrey denies the allegation and launched a counter-suit against Hebrew Hustle, accusing the company of trying to leverage his celebrity status and make it seem like the two worked together. Apparently, there was a picture on the website that gave that false image.

With the trial beginning later this year, Drake has filed paperwork requesting that his finances are banned from the case. According to The Blast, Drake has asked the judge to ban certain evidence and testimonies from being presented to the jury at the trial. Aubrey believes that the information would create an unfair bias environment amongst the jury.
