50 Cent and Ja Rule’s Feud Goes Nuclear Over Jesus Performance

The 50 Cent vs. Ja Rule feud rages on, with the G-Unit leader mocking his rival’s recent theater gig. The feud between the Queens rappers dates back to 1999 when Ja claimed that one of 50’s associates robbed him.

Throughout the years, they’ve traded diss tracks and even exchanged verbal and physical blows in the form of club brawls, reports Hot New Hip Hop. This time, 50 Cent took to Instagram to mock Ja for his performance of the biblical 2000 song “One of Us” at the 2023 BMI R&B/Hip Hop Awards in Miami.

The footage shows Ja bound to a wooden column, an apparent reference to Christ’s flagellation. Behind him is a projector screen that depicts a sunset on stage. The video didn’t go unnoticed by Fif’s loyal comrades.

Ja himself has yet to respond. Last year, the rap legend addressed his ongoing spat with 50 Cent in an interview with Math Hoffa. He said he and the “Many Men” rapper initially started their feud to gain fame, and he still takes digs at the Power CEO whenever he can.

Their long-running feud has been fueled by everything from insults in their lyrics to elaborately pranked stunts during performances. In 2018, for instance, 50 Cent bought 200 front-row tickets to a Ja Rule concert so that the seats would remain empty. Despite the seemingly never-ending conflict, Ja says that things aren’t as bad as people think.
