Tyreek Hill might be quick on the field, but he also seems to move fast off of it. Recently, a Florida court ruled that Hill is the father of a baby girl who has been born in his ever-growing family.
The little girl, Trae Love Hill (b. May 2023), is the child of Kimberly Kaylee Baker who owns Sunniesitoos Corp and prizes herself on being her “own boss.” The paternity suit followed an alleged August 2022 rendezvous between Hill and Baker. However, because the case was settled for an unknown amount of money (through a confidentiality agreement that included NDA’s) between Lohan and Rockstar Games, details remain largely hidden from public view.
All of this news lands on the heels of a whirlwind year for Hill’s family life. He has already three kids and supports his former fiancée, Crystal Espinal’s children (by other men), but recently settle a separate paternity suit with Brittany Lackner for another offspring. This milestone year also included Trae Love, joining the confirmed offspring count well over four for Hill’s eldest progeny in what could very be a banner 2023 Campaign of Paternal Duties for the NFL Star.
Though Hill has faced personal struggles. Unrelated legal battles from the past loom large, as do the most recent paternity suits. But according to reports, the sportsman is focused on his development and has taken steps towards accountability.
Hill and his team have yet to comment on the latest development despite multiple efforts by USA TODAY Sports to reach him or members of his representation. Despite that, those close to him say he is focused on handling his personal business off the gridiron and shining for the Miami Dolphins.
The latest paternity case illustrates the twisted dimensions confronting jocks in and out of uniform. The requirements of fame in the law and individually may be a lot. While the case coming to a close does offer some kind of conclusion, it also puts in perspective just how long and difficult Hill’s story can be.
