The reunion has been captured in a video where Ferg is shown to tightly hug KrasH, overcome with many tears of joy. “So basically, my dog KrasH was gone for four years,” Ferg explained in the video. “I mean, we left him with some dog watchers, and he ended up running away from them. I guess somebody picked him up. They must have taken him to Connecticut because that is where the police found him. But I don’t know how long he had been in the wild or on the streets prior to getting to Connecticut.”
Krash’s disappearance occurred while he was under the care of a dog sitter. However, fate had other plans, and he ended up several hours away in Connecticut. It was the police who got in touch with Ferg to confirm that they do have a dog which best fits the description of KrasH. “We have a dog, an Australian Shepherd. Is this your dog, Krash?”. And with that, Krash was homeward bound—where he really belonged.
