Following Kodak Black’s shooting at Justin Bieber’s afterparty, several rappers have come forth with their theories. Many suspect that the shooting occurred due to Black’s insensitive Lauren London’s comments, while others assume the rapper found himself in bad company. Emcees like Boosie Badazz have even gone as far to say that the LA streets aren’t safe for rappers to roam about anymore. Looks like rap stars should avoid Los Angeles at all costs.
Boosie Badazz’s Word of Caution To Rappers: Don’t Go To LA
If any rap stars are considering flying out to LA, they might want to change their travel plans. A month back, Kodak Black barely escaped alive from a mass shooting at Justin Bieber’s concert after party. Of course, the news had a few people shaken up, including Boosie Badazz. Now the Baton Rogue rapper is cautioning rappers not to vacation to LA.
In a recent interview with VladTV, Badazz offered his commentary on Kodak Black’s shooting. Additionally, he noted that whenever he’s out in public, he’s always looking over his shoulder. He especially believes the LA streets are dangerous, stating, “That’s where all the rappers get robbed.” Apparently, LA has also become the spot where rappers come in contact with gang members.
Even Police Fear The LA Streets
Boosie Badazz isn’t the only one scared of the gang violence vamping up in the LA streets. Back in December 2021, head of the Los Angeles Police Protective League Jamie McBride noted that “everyone should cut plans to travel to the city during the holidays.” To draw a clear picture of the dangers lurking in the LA streets, McBride compared it to the “Purge” movie franchise.
Clearly, the city of LA has become extremely dangerous in the past year.
