Brian Cox Backtracked on Negative Comments He Made Meghan and Harry

One of the most prominent figures in British media, Brian Cox, has been making some rather negative comments about Harry. The former X Factor star has been speaking out about the Duke of Sussex since his relationship with Meghan Markle started to break down last year, claiming that she and her father Thomas Markle have a “shameful reputation” in the media.

According to a recent presser, Brian Cox has now backtracked on his comments and says that he is now “deeply sorry” for his actions.

The former X Factor judge is currently promoting his autobiography, called Spare. He’s set to appear on two different television programs, including Anderson Cooper on NBC’s 60 Minutes and a spot on Good Morning America.

As he promotes his book, Harry is laying out some rather interesting claims. Among them is the claim that members of his family have been briefing the press against him and his wife.

He also makes the claim that Meghan was “stereotyped” by the press and was treated differently than others because of her race and nationality. He claims that this “stereotyping” led to them not allowing her into the Royal household.

He claims he had the same issue with his own mother and her relationship with the press. He believes she had a “shameful reputation” and he wants to fix that.
