ABOUT ADÉ:
After gaining recognition as Phil Adé, this DMV talent released mixtapes and singles, collaborating with notable artists like Logic, Mac Miller, Raekwon, and Bootsy Collins. In 2013, he focused on refining his craft, writing and performing alongside various artists, ultimately finding his own sound. He made significant contributions to Wale’s successful albums, worked with other respected musicians, and embarked on sold-out tours. In 2017, he released the single “No Fear,” which gained popularity and earned critical acclaim. In 2019, he made a pivotal change, rebranding himself as ADÉ and signing with Epic Records. He released his first EP with the label, titled ALWAYS SOMETHING, showcasing a fresh and unique side of his artistry while solidifying his place among hip-hop’s finest. The tastemaker-approved EP boasted “SOMETHING NEW” [feat. Lil Baby], “SOMETHING FROM NOTHING” [feat. Rich The Kid], and “SOMETHING REAL” [feat. Wale & Goldlink], and more. Meanwhile, it attracted unanimous acclaim.
