Diddy Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations Involving a Child

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is once again center stage for serious allegations that involve a 10-year-old boy. This new lawsuit, which was filed in Manhattan state court, adds to the growing list of accusations against the music mogul. With more than 150 alleged victims represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, the storm of legal troubles for Combs seems never to let up.

The unidentified John Doe filed a damages-based lawsuit with the New York Supreme Court Monday, claiming the assault occurred when he was just 10, where he alleged that Diddy ‘raped and drugged him’. This complaint is one of the many allegations accusing the music mogul amid growing cases against him.

According to the lawsuit, John Doe first met Diddy in 2005 when Doe was an aspiring actor and rapper. Doe’s parents had consulted an entertainment consultant, who managed to set up a meeting with Diddy in New York. The young boy was thrilled to perform for him because he could feel this was a big opportunity.

The lawsuit claims that, after several of his rap songs were done, Diddy allegedly called the boy to a hotel for a so-called “audition.” It was there that the atmosphere took a dark turn. Diddy purportedly asked John Doe how far he would go to become a star. This innocent response from the child-that he would “do anything”-reportedly set off a horrifying experience.

The complaint includes allegations that Diddy drugged the boy and forced him to commit sexual acts on him and, thus, caused trauma to him.
But that’s not all. A second lawsuit filed the same day reveals another alleged victim, this one a 17-year-old auditioning for Diddy’s reality show “Making the Band” in 2008.

This plaintiff, also known as John Doe, alleges that Diddy and a bodyguard beat him up, part of the audition process; the young man says he was forced to perform sexual acts-a “test” of his commitment to the music industry. Regrettably, after showing resistance about the assault, he got rejected from the audition because he was “untrustworthy,” according to Combs.

In the face of these serious allegations, Diddy’s legal team has vehemently denied all claims. They referred to the lawsuits as frivolous publicity stunts pulled by the accusers’ attorney. In the statement, it was underlined that they believe in Diddy’s innocence, which only means he never sexually assaulted anyone, whatever the age.

Diddy’s lawyer said, “In court, the truth will come out: that Mr. Combs did not sexually assault or traffic anyone.” That certainly echoes Diddy’s continued stance of innocence against a backdrop of increasingly troubling accusations.

These allegations are joined by a string of claims from 11 other accusers who similarly alleged sexual misconduct on the part of Diddy. With each story, layers form an audacious tale that has grown difficult to ignore.

In fact, the attorney for the accusers, Tony Buzbee, even held a press conference with a hotline number behind him for other people with allegations against Diddy. His bold way of handling this definitely raised some eyebrows and called motives behind the lawsuits into question. 

For the time being, Diddy remains incarcerated inside the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Other grave charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation of persons across state lines for prostitution, placing the number of claimed victims over 120. Among them was, of course, his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to these charges, and his trial is set to start on May 5, 2025.

This situation sheds light on the darker side of fame and the music industry. Many aspiring artists look to figures like Diddy for inspiration and guidance, but these allegations are casting a long shadow over his legacy. While the legal process unfolds, one can only hope for justice for those who have come forward with their stories.
