    Drake & Lil Baby Drop Surprise Performance of “Sticky” & “Wants and Needs” at Michael Rubin’s Party

    The Fourth of July heated up the Hamptons as Michael Rubin’s all-white party officially took over turning into a hotbed for jaw-dropping performances and star-studded socializing. The gathering, which was held at Rubin’s sprawling $50 million oceanfront estate an hour north of New York City, took its cue from those legendary White Parties hosted by Diddy that were everything Hollywood glitzy and important person glamorous.

    The big surprise of the evening was a performance by Drake and Lil Baby. The duo got the stage lit with Drake never before aired dance banger “Sticky” of his Honestly, Neverminded EP. The crowd got a jolt of energy when the beat dropped and there was an electric vibe in the air. It ended with a crescendo, of course to Wants and Needs avec Lil Baby qui enchained directement sur son hit Yes Indeed. Unleashing their undeniable camaraderie for Drake and Lil Baby to vibe off one another, the two rappers brought each other’s contagious energy on stage as they went through a dynamic set that had guests reciting along and dancing in true hysteria.

    The night was marked by a veritable who’s-who of the entertainment and sports world that on hand. This star-studded affair saw a number of music’s brightest come through – JAY-Z, Travis Scott & 21 Savage just to name a few. And the star power in attendance was further amped up by a slew of A-List names from off-stage with Kendall Jenner, James Harden and Emily Ratajkowski spotted alongisde Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

    Amid twinkling lights and crashing waves, guests in fashionable white outfits came together to party. It was elegant and there seemed a cheerful festive mood filled with the talk just as much chatter over champagne. The party was not all performances, it’s village for networking and making new friendships & relationships.

    The man behind this rich-guy get-together is Michael Rubin, a business tycoon who owns some companies and stuff we’ll just go ahead and assume you’ve never heard of until now like Fanatics. Meanwhile, his position as a part-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers has further solidified in him appeal in the sports industry. Rubin’s annual Fourth of July bash has become a Hamptons must-go the creme de la creme in terms of guest list and exclusivity.

    This year, Drum Line and Red Rebel Officers delivered spectacular performances, setting a high standard for anyone aiming to surpass them in 2019. By the end of the night, it was clear that Rubin had thrown a summer party in the Hamptons as only he could: all white everything and another A-list event to live up to.
