The Game recently announced that his newest album Drillmatic will drop June 17. Like any musician, The Game has to promote his new record as much as possible. Rather than just booking a few photoshoots, doing interviews and making appearances at live shows, The Game showed off some of his dance moves. He didn’t just bust a move on Instagram or Twitter, though. Instead, the early 2000s rapper danced on TikTok to show the fans that he’s with the times. Unfortunately, his TikTok dance moves only led fans to roast him.
The Rapper Gets The Word Out About Drillmatic
Fans are days away from The Game dropping Drillmatic. The record will be a first for the rapper since his 2019 album Born 2 Rap. Obviously, The Game is ready to return to the mic. In light of his upcoming album Drillmatic, the rapper decided to provide an entertaining visual offering.
Recently, The Game took to TikTok–of all places–to bust some new moves to a remixed version of Notorious B.I.G’s “One More Chance.” Decked in a red-bandana ensemble, The Game does a little shimmy-shimmy number. Right as he finds his groove, though, the video cuts.
In the captions, the rapper cheekily wrote, “My daughter told me to stay off tik tok.”
No child wants to see their parents dancing on social media. One way or another, The Game got the word out about his Drillmatic dropping soon.
The Fans Show No Mercy
However, The Game’s daughter wasn’t the only one who didn’t like his TikTok dance moves. In fact, several fans took to the comments sections to roast the rapper. Let’s just say that his fanbase showed no mercy.
Some fans asked why the “gangster rapper” even created a TikTok account in the first place. On the other hand, the haters downright said he couldn’t dance.
One fan tweeted, “How many times did he practice this in the mirror lol.”
Maybe The Game should just stick to the usual routine of interviews and posting teasers on Instagram like everyone else.
