The viral age we live in has created a dangerous trend of people doing hazardous things for a photo op. Jose Manuel Navarrete is the latest person to go viral based on their stupidity and recklessness. Navarrete is the father arrested for child endangerment in San Diego after entering the Zoo’s Elephant area.
Witness told local news reporters that they heard someone yell “Jose Stop” and that others warned Narvette that the elephant would charge. Despite these warnings and the clear threat to his child Jose Manuel Navarrete couldn’t resist the opportunity.
The Child is said to have been taken into the custody of her mother and didn’t suffer any major injuries. Her father is in custody at San Diego County Jail on a $100,000 bond and set to be arraigned on March 30th.
