Tekashi’s freedom is in jeopardy thanks to feds and other law enforcement!!
After recently avoiding jail just over a month ago, now he finds himself back in the same situation under different circumstances. At this point, it seems inevitable that the rapper will end up serving time behind bars. Earlier Monday, Tekashi was arraigned in Manhattan Federal Court after being arrested for racketeering/weapon charges. The Feds have connected the controversial rappers to ties of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
6ix9ine former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, Jensel “Ish” Butler, Fuguan “Fu Banga” Lovick and Faheem “Crippy” Walter were taken also taken into custody as well. The arrest came from a joint investigation by the NYPD, ATF, and Homeland Security Investigation. According to a United States Department of Justice press release, all five men are accused of being involved in “a criminal organization” who participated in drug deals, armed robberies and shootings.

Fed is led to believe that Tekashi 6ix9ine was allegedly involved in an April 3rd armed robbery with Jordan and two other members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Press release states they robbed their street competition at gunpoint. The indictment also names Lovick as the triggerman behind the Barclays Center shooting in April. 6ix9ine and fellow gang members are facing 17 counts that stretches back to 2013. Two of the counts-using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to tom or possessing a firearm. in furtherance of, a crime of violence, which was discharged-carry a maximum sentence of life in prison if 6ix9ine is convicted.
“As alleged in the indictment, this gang, which included platinum-selling rap artist Tekashi 6ix9ine, wreaked havoc on New York City, engaging in brazen acts of violence,” U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said in the press release. “Showing reckless indifference to others’ safety, members of the gang were allegedly involved in robberies and shootings, including a shooting inside the crowded Barclay’s Center, and a shooting in which an innocent bystander was hit. Thanks to the extraordinary work of HSI, ATF, and the NYPD, the defendants will now face justice in federal court.”
Federal Court reporter Kaja Whitehouse confirmed on Twitter, that one of the alleged co-conspirators may not be granted bail. It looks like it’s an official rap for Tekashi and everyone involved!!
One of Tekashi69’s alleged co-conspirators just mouthed “Im not coming home” to his supporters, suggesting the feds are looking to deny at least some of the men bail. https://t.co/JDSY3GIYAk
