Growing up in a military family instilled in her the values of discipline and structure, which helped her excel as an athlete. From a young age, she showcased her vocal talent as the lead singer of her church choir, and her talent caught the attention of local influencers. Encouraged by this, she made the bold move to Dallas, Texas, embracing new opportunities and leaving the past behind.

Tell us about your artistry.
JH: So, I’m more like Chris Brown and Teyana Taylor. I’m an old soul. I like to just put the message out there that there is nothing wrong with being vulnerable. There is nothing wrong with continuing showing love for the world.
Do you have any project out right now?
Yes, I just dropped a single called “Loving Me Up”, its a Caribbean, Pop type vibe. I dropped it October 14th. I’m getting ready to drop visuals to a song off my album called Vibe, I’m dropping my other single in January. And I’m still pushing my other single called “Whiskey On Ice”.
What’s next for you?
We’re getting ready for some performances, we’re getting ready for some tours. You know, we just keep moving.
