Jake Paul’s $20 Million Puerto Rico Mansion Unveiled

Jake Paul has flaunted his over-the-top new Puerto Rico pad: a $20 million mansion dubbed “Taj MaPaul.” It included major renos to the house, which was formerly owned by and differed from the stricken Yadier Molina.

Perhaps the most eye-catching feature of the property is the garage’s “garden wall”—a vertical garden that Paul claims to be a first in Puerto Rico. In the garage, there is his signature branding, “Problem Child,” and two bright yellow Ferraris.

The main entrance of the mansion has a very beautiful koi pond with fish imported all the way from Japan. The koi pond brings that serene and calm feeling through its waters, lying still and quiet, quite a contrast from all the buzzing life Jake is known for. The welcome one obtains from this pond, in conjunction with the dense greenery beyond, epitomizes the very picture printed in storybooks about his lush world.

Inside the mansion, Jake has left no expense spared in creating the interior of what can be described as a global art gallery. The interior of the mansion is absolutely decorated with huge crystals, mighty sculptures, and works of art from various artists around the globe. These decorative pieces add to the sophistication and international flavor of the mansion. It is in removing several walls that Jake is giving meaning to his wanting openness and grandeur. He did this so the living space could be opened up more while, at the same time, contributing to the flow of the interior of the mansion.

Not to be one-upped by a super-luxe mansion, of course, an outdoor living space would be incomplete without one. And Jake Paul’s house is no exception. He made the pool area beautiful with the most serious renovations during his $2 million home renovation. While an in-ground pool is spacious in itself, it now features an attached hot tub and an inviting lounge area, really fit for entertaining both friends and family. With such a layout, it’s just perfect for pool parties and other kinds of get-togethers and cements this mansion as the right spot for fun.

One of the most interesting things about Jake Paul’s mansion in Puerto Rico is its location—it’s close to his big brother, Logan Paul. Big personalities both, the two brothers have now become neighbors on this island. In 2023, Logan made the move to Puerto Rico, and soon after, Jake followed suit. The Paul brothers taken Puerto Rico as their new base of operation, with Logan’s mansion a literal stone’s throw away.
