In the last few weeks, Ye has drowned himself in some serious hot water. Social media and pretty much the rest of the world has dragged the rapper for his racist attitudes toward black and Jewish people. Everyone has either banned or cut ties with the rapper altogether, including his lawyers.
Even worse, everyone is suing him. Recently, his former business partner Thomas St. John dropped a lawsuit on the rapper that has sent him into hiding. The Donda rapper has officially gone off the grid.
Ye’s Business Partner Sues Him
It goes without saying that Ye has dug himself a hole so deep that he can no longer see the opening anymore. Recently, his former business partner Thomas St. John sued him after a breach of contract.
Previously, the “Jesus Walker” asked St. John to take on one of his businesses as the new Chief Financial Officer of Donda. To ensure Ye’s commitment to their business deal, St. John requested that he be paid a monthly retainer fee of $300K for at least a total of 18 months. Unfortunately, that deal has gone astray.
He’s Off The Grid
Apparently, Ye and St. John had a falling out that resulted in the rapper avoiding his former business partner. In fact, he won’t even accept the legal documents. According to AllHipHop, the rapper and St. John’s latest meeting ended pretty badly. It even led Ye to go into hiding. Clearly, the rapper is done with the world and has gone off the grid.
