According to Page Six, the first openly gay Democratic presidential candidate, Pete Buttigieg, gives Lil Nas X a big fruity welcome to the LGBTQ community!
The rapper came out on World Pride Day last Sunday.
Nas X celebrated the last day of Pride month by coming out as part of the LGBTQ community. Fans on Twitter gave nothing but positive feedback! It grabbed the attention of many people, one that sparked up the fire was the attention of Pete Buttigieg.

Nas came out with new song “C7osure” last Sunday.
Fans pointed out the artwork for the cover of his new album, which featured rainbow-colored buildings.
As a result, Lil Nas X went to twitter to hilariously say, “deadass thought i made it obvious.”

According to All HipHop, mayor Buttigieg is currently polling at 4.8% in the RealClearPolitics average of national polls for the 2020 Democratic Party nomination. To clarify, he trails former Vice President Joe Biden (28%), Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders (16%), California Senator Kamala Harris (14.6%), and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren (12.4%).
However, a CNN poll has Buttigieg at 0% nationally with black voters, a crucial constituency in the Democratic primaries.
