In closing remarks, Megan Thee Stallion celebrated herself and all her success. Rather than accepting her Woman of The Year Award as her rap persona, she accepted it as herself, Megan Pete. Furthermore, the 26-year-old noted that she has overcome all of her adversaries. More importantly, she’s paved the way for more female emcees to have a seat at “the table.”
