Nick Cannon Loses Youngest Son
Nick Cannon suffered a great lost! The morning of Dec. 7 was a tough day for the television presenter, as Nick Cannon had announced the passing away of his youngest child, Zen. The 5-month-old died from a brain tumor over the weekend.
Cannon had made the tragic announcement on his show, Nick Cannon. Zen was the 41-year-old TV host’s youngest child and the rapper and ex-baby mama; Alyssa Scott welcomed the baby in June.

As Cannon began the devastating news, the fans quickly figured out what had happened.
“During the weekend, I sadly lost my youngest son to hydrocephalus, a condition involving an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the brain. This condition is essentially a malignant midline brain tumor or brain cancer,” Cannon revealed.
The Wild N Out started to break down and cry as he explained his son’s condition and the unfortunate turn it took.
The Tragic News
“He had this unique way of breathing, and when he reached 2 months old, I noticed that his head was larger than usual. I jokingly referred to it as a ‘Cannon head’,” he mentioned. “Initially, we didn’t think much of it. However, I wanted to take him to the doctor to address his sinus and breathing issues, thinking it would be a routine visit.”
The doctors were quick to discover that Zen’s head tumor required brain surgery. As the little boy’s health began to take a turn during Thanksgiving, and time would only tell for the baby.
The model and comedian shared their last few moments over the weekend with Zen, and Cannon got to experience one last sunset with his son. “I turned around and not only did we get to see the sunrise, but we got to see the sunset too,” he said.
Cannon has a total of seven kids, twins Monroe and Moroccan (10), Golden (4), Powerful Queen (1), twins Zion and Zillion (7 months), and lastly Zen (5 months).
“He {God} places the greatest burden on his strongest warriors, so I’m here to demonstrate that I can overcome this,” expressed Cannon.
