Nick Cannon has been a whirlwind of romances over the years, dating multiple women at the same time. However, he has yet to find that special someone.
He has dated Brittany Bell, DJ Abby De La Rosa and singer Alyssa Scott in the past. He is currently dating model Bre Tiesi, who is expecting their first child together.
In addition to his children, he also has seven grandchildren. This number is likely to grow as he still has five other babies from previous relationships.
Despite his rocky past, the Masked Singer star hasn’t been deterred from trying to find love again. In a recent interview, the host opened up about his failed relationships and even revealed that he’s had “mid-life crises.”

The 42-year-old celebrity had his fair share of flings in the past including Christina Milian and Kim Kardashian before eventually marrying Mariah Carey and having twins with her.
After his marriage to Carey, he had an on-again off-again relationship with model Brittany Bell. The pair welcomed their son Golden, 5, and daughter Powerful Queen, 1, in 2017.
When he was dating Alyssa Scott, he had twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with her in 2020. He also fathered son Zen with her last year but the baby died of brain cancer at just 5 months old.
Interestingly enough, Nick Cannon’s latest relationship didn’t last long either. He was in a relationship with model Brittany Bell for years, but the two split in 2015.
According to People, Cannon is now dating model Bre Tiesi. He has yet to publicly announce his new romance, but he has been sharing pictures of him and Tiesi together on social media.
While Tiesi hasn’t revealed her age or what she looks like, she is known to be very pretty. She also has a good sense of style and is reportedly a fashion designer.
What about Christina?
Milian, a former model and actress, boasts an impressive film and TV portfolio. She’s currently a lead in one of Netflix’s latest romantic comedies, “Falling Inn Love.”
It seems that her career has taken her to several different countries, where she has met and dated many different men. She also has been married twice.
Christina Milian and Nick Cannon both worked on a film together called Love Don’t Cost a Thing. This was where they began their on-screen relationship.
They were together for two years before ending the relationship due to suspicions of infidelity. Although she couldn’t catch him in the act, she admits to doing a lot of snooping on his phone.

Her snooping skills were a major reason that things didn’t work out for them. She hacked into his phone before they broke up and spent a month doing “intel” to find incriminating messages.
When she was asked about her feelings for Cannon, Milian said that she’s always wanted a baby with him and wishes that she could have had one with him in the future. She even went so far as to say that he is a “pseudo good dude” and that she hoped she was able to get him back someday.
