The laser apparently was shone at his forehead, which made him panic and sprint away from the scene. His brothers, Joe and Kevin, remained on stage as Nick hurrriedly ran off. The security personnel immediately gimmick the individual/attacker of the laser.
The concert was stopped for about 10 minutes, allowing the band to recover before returning and continuing the performance.
