“You don’t get a manual on how to be a famous rapper. You just learn it as you go.” – Nicki Minaj.

The “Barbie Dreams” star Nicki Minaj is giving her fans a first look at her documentary, coming soon.

On Thursday, Jul. 28, Minaj released her trailer for her six-part documentary series on Twitter about her upbringing and how she made it to the top in the rap game. With her motivation and strive, like the queen herself says, “They need rappers like me.”

The trailer is full of Nicki’s highest moments ranging from throughout her rap career starting from the beginning. It also features some of her top 20 Billboard Hot 100 hits like “Moment 4 Life,” feat. Drake. Her music speaks to many fans in a big way. The “Itty Bitty Piggy” singer proves over and over again why she’s here to stay as the queen of rap.

Minaj also took the documentary teaser to Instagram. Minaj’s social media post explains, “I took some time to perfect this very intimate, delicate, electrifying, inspiring body of work.”

Minaj has further explained her sentiments, “Some things are so personal, it’s scary. It’s like NOTHING you’ve seen before & I need it to be handled with care.”

“I never wanted to be mainstream. Mainstream came to me.”
