There’s hardly ever a mutual understanding when an artist decides to leave a manager. Migos frontman Quavo, luckily, avoided verbal “bloodshed” after he announced Scooter Braun as his new manager. The Quality Control co-founder plans on making major moves in the new year and he’s starting with a new management team. The rapper’s big news comes on the heels of the release of his upcoming Culture III album. Looks like Quavo is changing up his game in a big way.
Quavo Asks Scooter Braun To Become His New Manager
Quavo clearly wants to take his career to new heights. The rapper has been making some new changes to his brand, starting with his management. On March 4th, Billboard confirmed that Scooter Braun will act as Quavo’s new manager. The rapper will be in good hands, as Braun has worked with big pop stars like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande. Not to mention, Huncho remains great friends with the Biebs and has previously worked with the singer on a few songs. Guess it helps to have a good circle of friends who have great connections. We’ll probably be seeing more of Quavo and Bieber on future collabs. Though, now that Scooter Braun has agreed to managed Quavo, everyone’s left wondering about his previous manager Danny Zook.
Turns out Danny Zook and Quality Control will now co-manager the rapper, as well as the label side of things. We know, that sounds confusing. We get that the rapper wants to take his career to the next level, but we’re not entirely sure why he needs two managers. Guess we’ll have see what Huncho has in store for fans.
Plans To Release Culture III
Now that he’s under a new management system, the rapper’s career has received a major boost. He’s even reviving up for the release of his new album with Migos called Culture III. The highly anticipated album has been in the works for some time now and fans can’t wait to get their hands on it. Back in February, Quavo told TMZ, “It’s coming real soon, less than a month a half.” With Scooter Braun as his new manager, we can expect one heck of all album.
