Born in New Mexico and raised in San Francisco, Rachel Moto has been writing songs since she was able to write; naming her muses as her brother, Christina Aguilera and Avril Lavigne. This budding young star will also make her acting debut in the upcoming Netflix movie, “Deep In It” in which she co-stars.
