Renni Rucci had a trailblazing 2020 with the popularity surrounding her QuickTape EP. Getting an early start in 2021, Big Rucci releases the highly-anticipated visual to her new single “Hands On Ya Knees” featuring Kevin Gates. In preparation for her anticipated Real Bitch Radio album, Rucci channels her inner-freak as she brings lyrics to life, shot by the popular Des Gray (YFN Lucci, Lil Baby).

Provocative. Intimidating. Edgy. The Des Grey-directed visual stars Renni Rucci is a Dominatrix who controls a prominent sex dungeon filled with clients and dominatrixes-turned-dancers, fulfilling every desire over the DJ Chose production. Unlike the usual Rucci presentation, “Hands On Ya Knees,” with its multiple dance sequences and hypnotizing looks, is a must-see.
Renni Rucci on the concept behind “Hands On Ya Knees,” she says:
“I wanted the video to be very different from what we see right now. A visual that when you turn it on you watch it from beginning to end like we used to and not just play it because you like the song. Everyone worked very hard on this from the dancers, the glam crew, the directors to the set crew. Ultimately, I believe that’s really what made it as great as it is, the dedication everyone had to really execute and bring my vision to life.”
The new collaboration is a first between Rucci and Gates — and available on all streaming platforms via Wolf Pack Global Music. Kevin Gates appears on the single via Atlantic Records.
Although Gates doesn’t appear in the visual, Rucci credits the “Dreka” rapper as the song’s creator. “Kevin actually presented the opportunity to me,” she explains in a previous press release. “He had the song and wanted a female on it. He gave me a chance, and I’m thankful for his support. I laid my verses, and that was it.”
“Hands On Ya Knees” is a direct follow-up to Rucci’s 2020 QuickTapes EP. The breakout project includes “Bag Talk,” “Solid Bitch” and “Bitch Do It.” 2021 promises to be an even bigger year for the former Quality Control recording artist with a resume of impressive collaborations by DJ Luke Nasty, Cuban Doll and Bankroll Freddie.
