REPORT: Baltimore Ravens trade Marquis “Hollywood” Brown

The 2022 NFL Draft has been a wild ride. One of the big trades was WR Marquise “Hollywood” Brown going to the Baltimore Ravens. The Arizona Cardinals traded their first-round pick and the 100th pick for Brown, aiming to please their star QB Kyler Murray. Sources say Murray sent fireball emojis to the Cardinals GM Steve Keim after the trade.

The Cardinals and Murray have had issues all offseason, with Murray wanting a contract extension. Some see this trade as damage control, trying to ease tensions between both parties.

According to Keim, it made sense to make the trade and although losing Christian Kirk hurt, adding Brown with his vertical threat is a significant move.

The Baltimore Ravens Plan to Capitalize With Their Draft Capital

The Ravens got the 23rd pick in a trade with the Buffalo Bills. They drafted Kaiir Elam from Florida University at No.23. They also traded with the Bills to get the 25th pick and selected the top center in the draft, Tyler Linderbaum from Iowa. The Ravens are focusing on building their OL and adding depth to their defense.

The Cardinals are thrilled with their decision to acquire Brown. They believe it will boost their passing game and benefit their other talented skill positions.
