Rihanna & A$AP Rocky Attend The L.A Premiere Of “Wakanda: Forever”

It’s been years since Rihanna has graced us with her appearance. The beauty mogul has been busy running her billionaire fashion company, Fenty Beauty. Not to mention, she’s now a full-time mom. Rihanna has her hands full.

The Grammy-winning artist has finally found her way back into the spotlight. This week, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky made their first red carpet appearance together during debt premiere of Marvel’s Wakanda: Forever premiere in L.A.

Rihanna & A$AP Rocky Show Out At The Wakanda: Forever Premiere

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky enjoy a date at the movies. Recently, the two were spotted at a screening of Will Smith’s Apple Tv+ film Emancipation and shared some good times with the actor.

Most recently, the singer and rapper made a show-stopping appearance at Wakanda: Forever’s movie premiere on Oct. 26 in L.A. Honestly, who wouldn’t want to see that movie screening?

Furthermore, Rihanna wore a light olive-green dress, long beige gloves, and pointed-toe heels, looking like the edgy, futuristic Queen we love. Additionally, A$AP Rocky matched her vibe in a neutral oversized jacket and trousers paired with a black shirt. Some couples can’t pull off the dressing-alike trope, but these two can.

In addition, the entire cast of the Marvel film showed out at the film’s L. A premiere included Lupita Nyong’o, Michael B. Jordan, and Letitia Wright. All three stars shinned on the red carpet, representing Black Excellence.

The Beauty Mogul Sings A Song For Chadwick Boseman

Rihanna caused quite a stir after making her debut on the red carpet. It’s been years since fans have seen her in the spotlight. Though, it’s been even longer since she dropped a record. Riri has teased the possibility of a comeback in the last few years.

Now she’s finally making good on that promise after dropping the lead single, “Lift Me,” off Wakanda: Forever’s soundtrack.

Furthermore, Rihanna’s song pays tribute to actor and Wakanda’s King Chadwick Boseman. Unfortunately, the star lost his battle with Colon Cancer back in August 2020.

Rihanna wrote the song with the help of Tems, Ludwig Goransson, and the film’s director Ryan Coogler. Additionally, the new track drops on Oct. 28, a few days ahead of the film’s worldwide premiere on Nov. 11. Be sure to catch Rihanna’s massive comeback and, arguably, the best movie of the year, Wakanda: Forever.
