Saved by the Bell is Next to Get a Reboot

    They are all grown up.

No. I’m not talking about the “Rugurts.” But it is another classic show that we grew up on. Yes, folks Mario Lopez and Elizebeth Berkley reprise their roles as A.C. Slater and Jesse Spano in Saved by the Bell. However, this show is about them and the new kids of Bayside High.

The story starts with the governor of California, “Zack Morris” (yea governer Zack) getting in trouble for closing too many low-income high schools; he proposes they send the affected students to the highest-performing schools in the state, including Bayside High. The inrush of new students gives the spoil privileged Bayside kids a much needed and amusing dose of reality.

L-R: Mario Lopez, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Elizabeth Berkley

Mario Lopez still plays Slater, but he is now the new gym coach of Bayside. There is no news yet on what Jesse’s career is and governer Zack Morris, played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar. We are not sure if the rest of the Saved by the Bell crew will come back, but it’s a high possibility that they will. The Saved by the Bell remake will premiere on peacock, NBC’s streaming server, instead of regular television. The reboot will be available the same day the streaming service lunch, July 15, 2020.
