The rapper had a virtual interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on September 27th, where they discussed his dream job at Def Jam Records. The Doggfather revealed to Fallon that he’s been a fan of the record label for as long as he can remember. Now that it’s become a reality, Dogg had the opportunity to pass on wisdom to fellow artists and also bring in new talent. Though, his main goal as the executive creative consultant at Def Jam Records is “to get the music back poppin’.” By the Doggfather being a major rap and HipHop icon, he’s the right man for the job. There’s no doubt that Snoop Dogg will revive the record label.
The Doggfather’s Plans To Drop New Music
Additionally, Snoop Dogg revealed his future plans for his own music. The star announced that he will release his 19th studio album “Algorithm” this November. Fans can expect the Doggfather’s newest album to offer “a lot of big-name acts.” That’s just like Snoop Dogg to keep up with the changing times.
