In fact, Alexander-Arnold told Darren Lewis about the reasons for him staying at home with his parents in an interview.
“I believe young players often hurry things,” he expressed to CNN’s Senior Sports Analyst Darren Lewis. “When you start earning money, young players often prioritize moving out and buying a new car, among other things.”
“And then the situation is just different. You’re living with your parents who keep things organized, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, with no piled-up dishes. You return to a pleasant and neat environment at home.
“However, when you live on your own, you may delay breakfast and dinner, thinking, ‘I’ll do it later.’ And after training, you find yourself in an untidy and less pleasant environment. Personally, I’ve never felt the need to rush leaving home. I’ve always received the right guidance.
“I’ve simply always enjoyed having my family around me. They have grounded me and pushed me to reach the level I have achieved so far. Therefore, I don’t feel any urgency to make a decision.”
