Bri Steves has released the companion video for the recently released track, “Miami.”
The video, directed by Christopher Scholar, is the prequel to Bri’s most recently released video “Late Night,” detailing an elaborate bank heist. “Miami” had its premiere earlier today via Noisey, who declared, “Miami” suggests that Bri Steves is ready to take what’s hers.” Bri Steves continues to crank out new music, “Miami” being her third track released in recent weeks, following “Late Night” and “Ain’t Shit.”
Bri Steves is currently on the Atlantic Records Access Granted: HBCU Tour alongside labelmates RecoHavoc, Ayanis, and K’ron. The tour, the first of its kind from Atlantic Records and Live Nation, kicked off earlier this month at Morgan State University and continues visiting Historically Black Colleges and Universities throughout the east and southeast until it wraps at Grambling State on November 2nd.
Bri Steves is also set to join H.E.R. as direct support on the “I Used To Know Her” U.S. tour later this year – dates below. Recently having joined Kendrick Lamar during Philly’sMade In America festival, Bri continues her rise to the top. Multi-talented Philly-native Bri brings a sound that’s all her own – borrowing from the ‘90s while embracing the hybrid sounds of today’s hip-hop/R&B artists. Armed with an undeniable voice, unstoppable drive, and honest yet slick pen game, Bri Steves brings a new flow to the game, all of which will be featured on her upcoming mixtape.
