Jacksonville, Florida rapper Yungeen Ace, whose real name is Kenyata Bullard, opened up about a harrowing experience that pushed his beef with rival rapper Foolio to new heights. According to Ace, in an interview, it was after a shooting the previous year in June 2018 that shook his world by leaving three of his friends dead when NBA Youngboy reached out to him.
Gunfire punctuated a heated shooting that marked an acceleration of the ongoing rivalry between Ace’s ATK crew and Foolio’s KTA.

That ongoing beef was marked with several diss tracks and a number of exchanges on social media, but it all got started with the 2017 murder of Foolio’s cousin. However hostile the dislike was, Ace confessed that he had sort of cordial relations with Foolio before his passing away. He even went as far as to say that he told him to stay out of the streets. Sadly, Foolio was murdered on his 26th birthday.
The rivalry had been characterized by a series of diss tracks against each other, where the things were a little heated on social media. Ace has now given the revelation that him and the late Foolio were on good terms before his untimely demise. As claimed by Ace, he warned Foolio to stay off the streets with the view of preventing further violence; however, things took another turn as Foolio was shot while celebrating his 26th birthday.
It wouldn’t begin in earnest until long after the fact, with a controversial video posted online having an unknown individual claim Ace had put a $10,000 bounty on Foolio’s head. Ace emphatically denied this claim in a more recent interview where he speaks with sadness about the passing of Foolio and denounces senseless violence.
Yungeen Ace puts into painful detail how much violence and moral struggles he has had to go through. On one of his popular songs, “Who I Smoke,” attention was drawn to the provocative content of the track Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” being sampled with controversial lyrics over it. The song itself received negative criticism. His recent album, titled “All On Me,” puts at the top his resilience and artistic growth.
It features big moguls in the game, such as Kodak Black and Boosie Badazz. The feud, which never really ended, and acts of violence around its events make life very dangerous for a young artist in the rap world, particularly the ones who rise from rough backgrounds. So, it becomes a survival plot that carries parallel to his career, for at times Yungeen Ace faces continuous threats and haunting traumas from his past. His story goes to prove just how ruthless life can be in the rap game and how much spirit one requires to forge ahead despite all this.
