City Girls have become a solid presence in the industry. The rap duo is being pushed by heavy hitters the likes of Drake and even Cardi B.
Last year the group made a true name for themselves with “Quality Control”. Unfortunately one of the members is currently locked away due to legal issues. This is not stopping the overall buzz of the group. One half of the group “Yung Miami” , is still moving everything along preparing to release the new single entitled “Twerk”.
The Bodak Yellow rapper “Cardi B”, is featured on the track, and pulled plenty of interest. We can expect plenty of ass to be bouncing in the video, outside of the excitement around a $25K challenge. “Twerk” is bound for mainstream success, and might be compared to Nicki Minaj “Anaconda”. City Girls can hold their own period, and have proven so early on. Either way, the duo shows us they are not ya main, and plan to have longevity in the music game.
