Four months after Lil Uzi Vert had a $24 million diamond implanted on his forehead, it appears that he has now removed it. In an Instagram Story posted by Uzi’s girlfriend JT, they can be seen dancing and kissing, but the diamond is no longer present. The rare diamond, purchased from jewelry designer Elliot Eliantte, took four years to pay off. Uzi mentioned that its cost exceeded that of his home and all his cars combined, including his Bugatti.
Uzi revealed that he had been paying for the natural pink diamond for years, with the price being so high that it took him since 2017 to cover it. The stone came with its share of pain, as Uzi suffered a bloody injury when attempting to attach it to his skull. He expressed concern that if it was not removed properly, it could be life-threatening.
Uzi hasn’t confirmed his reason for removing the diamond just yet but recently expressed his plans to wear it as a ring instead
